  1. A Professional Marketing Strategy to establish the best approach to maximize your value. It’s different based on your unique properties features, your needs and requirements.
  2. Beautiful photography of your home done by a professional that includes a 3D tour and digital floor plan and NOT photo’s shot by me with a cell phone. Also included are printed brochures for open houses. Your home deserves to be showcased properly and I believe this is my responsibility as your real estate professional.
  3. Full MLS listings, promoted on both the local Peterborough and Kawartha’s Real Estate Board as well as The Toronto Real Estate Board websites. It costs extra but it adds exposure and therefore, I pay for this expense.
  4. Social Media Advertising targeted at the right demographic and geographic audiences. It’s far more effective than newspaper advertising.
  5. Pre-Inspection Home Inspection to instill buyer confidence. This process will allow us to properly assess your home and prevent unforeseen issues during negotiations. No one likes hidden surprises.
