- Full MLS listings, promoted on both the local Peterborough and Kawartha’s Real Estate Board as well as The Toronto Real Estate Board websites. It costs extra but it adds exposure and therefore, I pay for this expense.
- Social Media Advertising targeted at the right demographic and geographic audiences. It’s far more effective than newspaper advertising.
- Pre-Inspection Home Inspection to instill buyer confidence. This process will allow us to properly assess your home and prevent unforeseen issues during negotiations. No one likes hidden surprises.
